There is hereby created the \"Oklahoma Department of Commerce\n\nRevolving Fund\". The fund shall consist of all monies, other than\n\nappropriated monies, received by the Department which are not\n\ndirected to be placed into another fund. The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations and shall be\n\nsubject to the administrative direction of the Oklahoma Department\n\nof Commerce. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants\n\nissued by the State Treasurer against claims submitted to the\n\nDirector of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services.\n\nMonies in the fund may be expended for the operating expenses of the\n\nDepartment and shall be made pursuant to the laws of this state.\n\nB. On July 1, 1986, any unallotted cash balance in the funds\n\ncreated in Sections 678 and 2008 of this title shall be transferred\n\nto the Oklahoma Department of Commerce Revolving Fund. All\n\noutstanding financial obligations and encumbrances of the funds\n\ncreated in Sections 678 and 2008 of this title are hereby\n\ntransferred to the Oklahoma Department of Commerce.
