Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5012.1","heading":"Program service fees - Amount, collection and","body":"disposition.\n\nThe Oklahoma Department of Commerce may collect reasonable fees\n\nbased on actual direct and indirect costs for programmatic services\n\nextended to users by the Department in accomplishing its mission.\n\nThe Department shall set amounts of fees for programs it administers\n\nincluding but not limited to the Export Services Program, Quality\n\nJobs Program or others in its General Rules of Practice and\n\nProcedure written in accordance with the Administrative Procedures\n\nAct.
