There is hereby created the \"Community Planning Project\n\nRevolving Fund\". The fund shall consist of any monies appropriated\n\nthereto and any monies payable to the Oklahoma Department of\n\nCommerce by the United States Federal Government or cities, towns,\n\nor counties of the State of Oklahoma for assistance in communities'\n\nplanning projects. The fund shall be a continuing fund not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations and shall be subject to the\n\nadministrative direction of the Oklahoma Department of Commerce.\n\nExpenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the\n\nState Treasurer against claims submitted to the Director of the\n\nOffice of Management and Enterprise Services. The monies deposited\n\nin the revolving fund shall be expended by the Oklahoma Department\n\nof Commerce to pay the cost of providing these services for the\n\nvarious planning projects.\n\nB. On July 1, 1986, any unallotted cash balance in the fund\n\ncreated in Section 686 of this title shall be transferred to the\n\nCommunity Planning Project Revolving Fund. All outstanding\n\nfinancial obligations and encumbrances of the fund created in\n\nSection 686 of this title are hereby transferred to the Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Commerce.
