Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5013.1","heading":"Minority Business Development Program Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Department of Commerce to be designated the\n\n\"Minority Business Development Program Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations. The fund\n\nshall consist of all monies authorized by law for deposit in such\n\nfund including, but not limited to appropriations, gifts, grants,\n\nprivate donations, fee revenues and funds by governmental entities\n\nauthorized to provide funding for the purposes authorized for the\n\nuse of the fund. Monies deposited or apportioned to the credit of\n\nthe fund may be expended for the purposes of job creation and\n\nenhancement and business creation and expansion of Oklahoma minority\n\nowned businesses pursuant to law. All monies accruing to the credit\n\nof said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and\n\nexpended by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce for purposes\n\nauthorized by law.
