Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5013.3","heading":"Capital Improvement Program Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created the \"Capital Improvement Program\n\nRevolving Fund\". The fund shall consist of any monies appropriated\n\nthereto. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations, and shall be subject to the administrative\n\ndirection of the Oklahoma Department of Commerce. Expenditures from\n\nthe fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer\n\nagainst claims submitted to the Director of the Office of Management\n\nand Enterprise Services.
