Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5015","heading":"Filing of comprehensive plans and amendments - Comments","body":"and recommendations.\n\nA. All comprehensive plans, or amendments thereto, to be\n\nfinanced in whole or in part by state or federal funds, being\n\nconsidered by any county, city, municipal corporation, governmental\n\nconference or council or regional planning commission shall be filed\n\nwith the Oklahoma Department of Commerce for review and\n\nrecommendation prior to adoption. The Department shall communicate\n\nits comments and recommendations to the proponent within thirty (30)\n\ndays following receipt of such plans or amendments unless the\n\nproponent shall authorize a longer time. Such comments and\n\nrecommendations shall be advisory only.\n\nB.
