Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5020.1","heading":"Community Development Centers Program Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Department of Commerce to be designated the\n\n\"Community Development Centers Program Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations. The fund\n\nshall consist of all monies authorized by law for deposit in such\n\nfund including, but not limited to appropriations, gifts, grants,\n\nprivate donations, fee revenues and funds by governmental entities\n\nauthorized to provide funding for the purposes authorized for the\n\nuse of the fund. Monies deposited or apportioned or donated to the\n\ncredit of the fund may be expended for the purposes of community\n\ndevelopment centers, with emphasis on aging and elderly citizen\n\ninterests pursuant to law. All monies accruing to the credit of\n\nsaid fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended\n\nby the Oklahoma Department of Commerce for purposes authorized by\n\nlaw.
