Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5024","heading":"Professional auditing services","body":"The Oklahoma Department of Commerce is hereby authorized to\n\ncontract for such professional auditing services as may be necessary\n\nto accomplish audits of funds processed through the Department.\n\nSuch audits shall be made by a public accountant or an independent\n\ncertified public accountant. A copy of a written report of the\n\naudit, certified to by said accountant, shall be placed and\n\nmaintained on file with the State Auditor and Inspector.
