Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5028","heading":"County Jail Improvement Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a special fund for\n\nthe State Department of Health to be designated the \"County Jail\n\nImprovement Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations. All monies appropriated to the fund may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the State Department of Health for the\n\npurpose of providing matching funds to counties to renovate existing\n\nor to construct new jail facilities in accordance with state-\n\napproved jail standards.
