If the Oklahoma Department of Commerce determines that a\n\ncommunity qualifies for certification, the Department shall issue to\n\nthe community a certificate recognizing the status of the community\n\nas an attractive destination for retirees.\n\nB. 1. A community’s certification expires on the fifth\n\nanniversary of the date of initial certification.\n\n2. To be recertified, a community shall submit a new\n\napplication, as provided in Section 3 of this act.
