Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5040.25","heading":"Pilot project","body":"The Oklahoma Department of Commerce is authorized to implement\n\nthe Oklahoma Certified Retirement Communities Program through a\n\npilot project. During this pilot implementation, the community\n\nselection criteria and scoring methodology shall be defined,\n\napplications shall be developed, educational sessions shall be\n\nconducted and marketing strategies shall be developed. The City of\n\nStillwater, Oklahoma, shall serve as the pilot community pursuant to\n\nthis section. In recognition of the assistance the City of\n\nStillwater shall provide in this pilot project, the application fee\n\ncharged by the Department for the city’s initial application shall\n\nbe Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00).
