Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5058.3","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this act:\n\n1. \"Director\" means the Director of the Oklahoma Department of\n\nCommerce;\n\n2. \"Department\" means the Oklahoma Department of Commerce;\n\n3. \"License\" means any certificate, permit or other evidence,\n\nby whatever name called, of a right or privilege to engage in any\n\nactivity, except occupational licenses and licenses issued under\n\nTitle 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n4. \"Occupational license\" means any certificate, permit, or\n\nother evidence, by whatever name called, of a right or privilege to\n\nengage in a profession, occupation, or field of endeavor that is\n\nissued by an occupational licensing agency;\n\n5. \"Occupational licensing agency\" means any board, commission,\n\ncommittee, or other agency of this state that is established for the\n\nprimary purpose of regulating the admission or conduct of persons in\n\na particular profession, occupation, or field of endeavor, and is\n\nauthorized to issue and revoke licenses.
