Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5058.5","heading":"Operating plan for automated master application system","body":"The Business License Information Office shall develop an\n\noperating plan for an automated master application system, shall\n\ndetermine the software and hardware needs of the system, and shall\n\ndetermine the staffing levels and space required for the system.\n\nState agencies that issue business licenses shall assist and\n\ncooperate in the development and implementation of the plan as\n\nrequired by the Office.
