Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5058.6","heading":"Cooperation of state agencies - Business license","body":"coordinators.\n\nA. Each state agency that issues licenses shall cooperate fully\n\nwith the Business License Information Office in providing\n\ninformation on the licenses and regulatory requirements of the\n\nagency and in developing a plan for an automated master application\n\nsystem.\n\nB. Each state agency shall designate a business license\n\ncoordinator. The coordinator shall have the following\n\nresponsibilities:\n\n1. Provide to the Office the most recent application and\n\nsupplemental forms required for each license issued by the agency,\n\nthe most recent information available on existing and proposed\n\nchanges in license requirements or agency rules and how those\n\nchanges will affect the business community, and agency publications\n\nthat would be of aid or interest to the business community;\n\n2. Receive and respond to communications from the Office; and\n\n3. Review state agency regulatory and license requirements and\n\nprovide a written report to the Office no later than January 1,\n\n1999, and every two (2) years thereafter that:\n\na. identifies the regulatory and licensing requirements\n\nthat affect the business community,\n\nb. indicates which, if any, requirements should be\n\neliminated, modified, or consolidated with other\n\nrequirements, and\n\nc. explains the need for continuing those requirements\n\nnot recommended for elimination.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"6525508888bf1cd84471c5b881962e8058c53d0b8f3b56cf9531d4c38195336b","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-5058.5","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-5058.7"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
