Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5060.10","heading":"Commercial application of results of research as","body":"condition of assistance.\n\nThe Oklahoma Center for the Advancement of Science and\n\nTechnology shall require as a condition to any form of financial or\n\nother assistance authorized by this act before such assistance is\n\nprovided to any person, firm, business enterprise or corporation\n\nthat any patent, license, copyright, goods, services, proprietary\n\nprocesses or other results of research that result in a commercial\n\napplication shall be developed or produced by an Oklahoma-based firm\n\nor that a legitimate effort shall be made to apply the results of\n\nfinancial or other assistance in a manner that has a reasonable\n\npotential to create or enhance employment or other factors\n\ncontributing to economic growth within Oklahoma.
