Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5060.11","heading":"Research Support Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Center for the Advancement of Science and\n\nTechnology to be designated the \"Research Support Revolving Fund\".\n\nThe fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations. The fund shall consist of all monies authorized by law\n\nfor deposit in such fund including, but not limited to, gifts,\n\ngrants, private donations, fee revenues and funds by government\n\nentities authorized to provide funding for the purposes authorized\n\nfor the use of the fund. Monies deposited or apportioned to the\n\ncredit of the fund in excess of that required for implementation of\n\nthe program or programs for which expenditures from the fund are\n\nauthorized may be transferred to any other fund under the control of\n\nthe Center. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma\n\nCenter for the Advancement of Science and Technology for purposes\n\nauthorized by law.
