Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5060.17","heading":"Conditions for award of professional service contract","body":"to support health research project.\n\nNo professional service contract shall be awarded by the\n\nOklahoma Center for the Advancement of Science and Technology to\n\nsupport a health research project unless:\n\n1. The investigators are residents of this state or become\n\nresidents of this state before the ninetieth day after a\n\nprofessional service contract, pursuant to which they will be\n\nfunctioning as an investigator, has been funded by the Center;\n\n2. The institutions that administer the professional service\n\ncontracts are primarily located in this state and are able to assume\n\nfinancial responsibility for professional service contracts;\n\n3. The professional service contract will not be transferred to\n\nany other institutions within the state without the approval of the\n\nCenter and will not be transferred to an institution outside this\n\nstate at any time; and\n\n4.
