Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5060.20a","heading":"Technology business financing program -","body":"Specifications.\n\nThe Oklahoma Center for the Advancement of Science and\n\nTechnology (OCAST), in conjunction with the Commercialization\n\nCenter, may develop and implement a technology business financing\n\nprogram to provide funding and financing for and to assist qualified\n\nOklahoma enterprises to commercialize new products, services,\n\ntechnology, innovations, and processes. In order to obtain funding\n\nor financing from the technology business financing program, a\n\nrecipient shall be required to obtain separate private investment or\n\nfunding, and may also be required to pay royalties, fees, interest,\n\nprofits, or other payments generated or arising from the sale,\n\nlease, licensing, distribution, manufacture, marketing, or\n\ndevelopment of products, services, technology, innovations, and\n\nprocesses, whether alone or in conjunction with others, or generated\n\nor arising from a sale, acquisition, merger, or other transfer or\n\ntakeover of the enterprise. Any such royalties, fees, interest,\n\nprofits, or other payments or return of funding and financing shall\n\nbe retained for use in the program. OCAST, in conjunction with the\n\nCommercialization Center, shall establish program specifications.\n\nOCAST may contract with the Commercialization Center or other\n\nqualified entity to operate and manage the program.
