Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5060.20b","heading":"Cooperation between the Commercialization Center and","body":"technology transfer offices.\n\nIt is the intent of the Legislature that the Commercialization\n\nCenter funded through the Oklahoma Center for the Advancement of\n\nScience and Technology (OCAST) and the technology transfer offices\n\nwithin The Oklahoma State System of Higher Education (OSSHE)\n\ncomplement each other's capabilities and work closely to optimize\n\neach other's effectiveness. The OSSHE technology transfer offices\n\nshall create an entrepreneurial climate on the campuses to maximize\n\nopportunities for commercialization of technology resulting from\n\nuniversity research.
