Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5060.24","heading":"Administration and Data Processing Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Center for the Advancement of Science and\n\nTechnology to be designated the \"Administration and Data Processing\n\nRevolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations. The fund shall consist of all monies\n\nauthorized by law for deposit therein, grants, donations or\n\nreimbursements that the President of the Center may direct to be\n\ndeposited therein, proceeds from the sale of surplus property,\n\ninsurance payments to the agency, receipts pursuant to the Oklahoma\n\nOpen Records Act, and transfers from other revolving funds of the\n\nCenter as the President may direct. Monies accruing to the credit\n\nof said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and\n\nexpended by the Center for the administrative costs of all programs\n\nof the Center, including all personal and other operating expenses.\n\nExpenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the\n\nState Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the\n\nDirector of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"a6178f2e39d7270d72427d1ccd4946b419a7adeca6cf0ee4107fb031b70097fb","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-5060.23","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-5060.25"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
