Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5060.41","heading":"Science and Technology Council Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Science and Technology Council to be designated the Science\n\nand Technology Council Revolving Fund. The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of monies appropriated to the Oklahoma Center for the\n\nAdvancement of Science and Technology designated for the Council and\n\nof such gifts or other income as may be designated for the use of\n\nthe Council. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma\n\nCenter for the Advancement of Science and Technology for the\n\nCouncil. Purposes for use of the monies shall include, but not be\n\nlimited to, salaries and other personnel expenses, travel, contracts\n\nfor marketing analysis, and expertise and other expenses for\n\nbusiness plan development.
