There is hereby established the Oklahoma Accelerator Program\n\nat the Oklahoma Center for the Advancement of Science and\n\nTechnology, to be administered by the Center as a continuation of\n\nthe accelerator program previously administered by the Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Commerce. The program shall utilize appropriated\n\nfunding to leverage private capital for the purpose of stimulating\n\ngrowth of early-stage startup companies throughout the state by\n\nconnecting such companies with the global entrepreneurial ecosystems\n\nrequired to enhance business talent and investment opportunities.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Center for the Advancement of Science and\n\nTechnology to be designated the \"Oklahoma Accelerator Revolving\n\nFund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations. The fund shall consist of all monies authorized\n\nby law for deposit in such fund including, but not limited to,\n\ngifts, grants, private donations, private equity contributions, and\n\nfee revenues and funds by government entities authorized to provide\n\nfunding for the purposes authorized for the use of the fund. All\n\nmonies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated\n\nand may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma Center for the\n\nAdvancement of Science and Technology for purposes authorized by law\n\nto implement the Oklahoma Accelerator Program.
