Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5060.5","heading":"Relationship with Oklahoma Futures and Department of","body":"Commerce.\n\nIn order to fulfill its missions as provided in Section 5060.3\n\nof this title, the Oklahoma Center for the Advancement of Science\n\nand Technology shall be subject to the policy development of\n\nOklahoma Futures.\n\n1. Oklahoma Futures shall in no way interfere with the day-to-\n\nday administration of the Center, but shall provide long-term\n\noversight by reviewing and approving the Center's five-year plan and\n\nannual oversight by reviewing and approving the Center's annual\n\nbusiness plan to ensure the Center fulfills the legislative purpose\n\nfor which it is created.\n\n2.
