Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5062.13","heading":"Investment in securities of Oklahoma Development","body":"Finance Authority.\n\nThe bonds, debentures, notes or other evidence of indebtedness\n\nof the Oklahoma Development Finance Authority are hereby made\n\nsecurities in which all public officers and bodies of this state,\n\nall municipalities and municipal subdivisions, all insurance\n\ncompanies and associations and other persons carrying on an\n\ninsurance business, all banks, bankers, trust companies, savings\n\nbanks, savings associations, including savings and loan associations\n\nand building and loan associations, investment companies and other\n\npersons carrying on a banking business, all administrators,\n\nguardians, executors, trustees and other fiduciaries, and all other\n\npersons whatsoever who are now or who may hereafter be authorized to\n\ninvest in bonds or other obligations of this state may properly and\n\nlegally invest funds including capital in their control or belonging\n\nto them.
