Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5062.15","heading":"Pledge against limitation or alteration of rights of","body":"bond owners.\n\nThe State of Oklahoma does hereby pledge to and agree with the\n\nowners of any bonds issued under this act that the state will not\n\nlimit or alter the rights hereby vested in the Authority to fulfill\n\nthe terms of any agreements made with the owners thereof or in any\n\nway impair the rights and remedies of the owners until the bonds,\n\ntogether with the interest thereon, with interest on any unpaid\n\ninstallments of interest, and all costs and expenses in connection\n\nwith any action or proceeding by or on behalf of the owners, are\n\nfully met and discharged.
