Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5062.16","heading":"Covenant and consent to inclusion of interest on bonds","body":"in gross income.\n\nThe Authority may covenant and consent that the interest on\n\ncertain of its bonds shall be includable under the Internal Revenue\n\nCode of 1986, as amended, or any subsequent corresponding internal\n\nrevenue law of the United States in the gross income of the owners\n\nthereof to the same extent and in the same manner that the interest\n\non bills, bonds, notes or other obligations of the United States is\n\nincludable in the gross income of the owners thereof under said\n\nInternal Revenue Code or any such subsequent law.
