Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5062.20","heading":"Annual report - Publication - Distribution - Contents","body":"- Recommendations.\n\nThe Oklahoma Development Finance Authority shall publish and\n\npresent an annual report to the Governor, the Speaker of the House\n\nof Representatives, the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, and\n\nOklahoma Futures, setting forth in detail the operations and\n\ntransactions conducted by it pursuant to this or to other\n\nlegislation. The annual report shall specifically account for the\n\nways the need, mission and programs of the Authority described in\n\nSection 5062.1 et seq. of this title have been carried out,\n\nincluding but not limited to, a review of the results of the\n\nAuthority's operations and transactions according to objective\n\nmeasures set forth in the Authority's business plan. The report\n\nshall recommend specific changes in the activities of the Authority\n\nwhich are necessary to better carry out the need and mission\n\ndescribed in Section 5062.1 et seq. of this title.
