Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5062.32","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in the Military Base Protection and Expansion Incentive\n\nAct:\n\n1. “Authority” means the Oklahoma Development Finance\n\nAuthority;\n\n2. “Capital project” means the acquisition, construction,\n\nexpansion, replacement, or renovation of a municipal, county or\n\nschool district facility, including real property, buildings, and\n\nother fixed assets.
