Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5062.4","heading":"Relationship with Oklahoma Futures - Annual business","body":"plan.\n\nThe Oklahoma Development Finance Authority shall exercise the\n\npowers granted to it in a manner consistent with each five-year plan\n\ndeveloped by Oklahoma Futures for the activities and programs of the\n\nAuthority. The Oklahoma Development Finance Authority shall submit\n\na proposed schedule of activities and goals to Oklahoma Futures in\n\norder to facilitate development of the first five-year plan\n\nprovisions applicable to the Authority.\n\nThe board of directors shall develop an annual business plan for\n\nthe Oklahoma Development Finance Authority. The business plan shall\n\nbe submitted to Oklahoma Futures for its approval and shall be\n\nincluded in the annual report of Oklahoma Futures. The business\n\nplan shall be consistent with the goals of the recurring five-year\n\npolicy plan as provided by law. Oklahoma Futures shall approve such\n\npolicy plan before it is implemented.
