The board of directors of the Oklahoma Development Finance\n\nAuthority shall appoint a president who shall direct and supervise\n\nthe administrative affairs and the general management of the\n\nAuthority. The board shall establish criteria for selecting the\n\npresident taking into consideration national standards for similar\n\npositions in similar institutions in other states. The search for\n\nthe president shall be conducted pursuant to the criteria so\n\nestablished. The president's salary shall be set by the board of\n\ndirectors. The board may appoint the same person who is serving as,\n\nor is appointed to be, the chief executive officer or president of\n\nthe Oklahoma Industrial Finance Authority. The board is authorized\n\nto pay the full salary of the president or may agree to share in\n\nthis expense with the Oklahoma Industrial Finance Authority.\n\nB. The president:\n\n1. May employ and terminate such other officers and employees\n\nas designated by the board of directors, including, if necessary,\n\nlegal counsel;\n\n2. Shall attend board meetings;\n\n3. Shall appoint a secretary to keep a record of all\n\nproceedings and maintain and be custodian of all financial and\n\noperational records, documents and papers filed with the Authority\n\nand of the minute book of the Authority; and\n\n4.
