Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5062.9","heading":"Liability of Authority personnel - Indemnification of","body":"legal expenses.\n\nNo member of the Authority, no member of the board and no officer or\n\nemployee of the Authority may be subject to any personal liability\n\nor accountability for having acted within the course and scope of\n\nhis membership, office or employment to carry out any power or duty\n\npursuant to this act.
