Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5063.16","heading":"Bonds as general obilgation of state","body":"All bonds issued pursuant to the Credit Enhancement Reserve Fund\n\nAct shall be direct general obligations of the State of Oklahoma,\n\nfor the payment for the debt service on which the full faith and\n\ncredit of the State of Oklahoma are hereby irrevocably pledged so\n\nlong as any such bonds are outstanding.
