Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5063.19","heading":"Investment in securities of Oklahoma Development","body":"Finance Authority.\n\nThe bonds issued pursuant to this act are hereby made securities\n\nin which all public officers and bodies of this state, all\n\nmunicipalities and municipal subdivisions, all insurance companies\n\nand associations and other persons carrying on an insurance\n\nbusiness, all banks, bankers, trust companies, savings banks,\n\nsavings associations, including savings and loan associations and\n\nbuilding and loan associations, investment companies and other\n\npersons carrying on a banking business, all administrators,\n\nguardians, executors, trustees and other fiduciaries, and all other\n\npersons whatsoever who are now or who may hereafter be authorized to\n\ninvest in bonds or other obligations of this state may properly and\n\nlegally invest funds including capital in their control or belonging\n\nto them.
