Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5063.4c","heading":"Security requirements","body":"Except as otherwise provided in Section 6 of this act, at the\n\ntime of loan origination, the Oklahoma Development Finance Authority\n\nshall require such security from the applicant as it deems necessary\n\nin the circumstances of the insurance commitment. Except for the\n\ninfrastructure and other publicly owned facilities of governmental\n\nentities and Quality Jobs Investment Program portfolio mix\n\ncategories, such security will include, but not be limited to:\n\n1. A first mortgage or coordinate first mortgage on real\n\nproperty, facilities or systems and fixtures located thereon; or\n\n2.
