Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5066.2","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this act:\n\n1. \"Commercial stage\" means the point at which the product has\n\nadvanced beyond the theoretical and prototype stage and is capable\n\nof being manufactured or reduced to practice commercially;\n\n2. \"Intellectual property\" means a patent, patent pending,\n\ntrademark, copyright or trade secret;\n\n3. \"Licensor\" means the person who owns the intellectual\n\nproperty rights of a product;\n\n4. \"Licensee\" means the person to whom the intellectual\n\nproperties related to a product have been licensed or assigned;\n\n5. \"Person\" means any individual, sole proprietor, partnership\n\nor corporation;\n\n6. \"Product\" means any device, technique or process;\n\n7. \"Royalties\" means all things of value received by a licensor\n\nin connection with the licensing, rental or sale of a product\n\npatented, patent pending, copyrighted or trademarked pursuant to\n\nfederal law; and\n\n8. \"Strategic alliances\" means a business agreement such as\n\nlicensing, joint venture partnership, etc., between two or more\n\npersons.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"8d7a091f5df9be2e0aa836c1bb16209fe0f0c91bef310a16d0a3c2a71fe08efb","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-5066.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-5066.3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
