Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5066.3","heading":"Product development assistance program","body":"The Oklahoma Department of Commerce shall establish a program to\n\nprovide product development assistance to Oklahoma manufacturing and\n\nmarketing businesses. The program shall:\n\n1. Identify, characterize and catalogue Oklahoma businesses\n\ninterested in and committed to expansion by commercialization of new\n\nproducts utilizing their available capital, knowledge and human\n\nassets;\n\n2. Identify new product opportunities on a worldwide basis that\n\nmatch the current or expanding manufacturing and marketing base of\n\nOklahoma businesses;\n\n3. Provide assistance to make new products available to\n\nOklahoma businesses, which shall include assistance in forming\n\nstrategic alliances, market and product analysis, business\n\ncounseling and other assistance necessary to develop the products to\n\nthe commercial stage; and\n\n4.
