Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5066.4","heading":"Authority of Department of Commerce","body":"The Oklahoma Department of Commerce shall have the authority to:\n\n1. Enter into contracts with public and private agencies,\n\ninstitutions, organizations and individuals for the purpose of\n\nproviding assistance to and services for Oklahoma manufacturing and\n\nmarketing firms as required by this act. Such contracts shall be\n\nexempt from the provisions of Section 85.1 et seq. of Title 74 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n2. Solicit the support and contributions of public and private\n\nagencies, organizations, institutions and individuals;\n\n3. Receive and administer funds for the purpose of operating\n\nthe product development program;\n\n4. Advertise and promote the product development program; and\n\n5.
