Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5066.6","heading":"Product Development Program Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a separate\n\nrevolving fund for the Oklahoma Department of Commerce to be\n\ndesignated as the \"Product Development Program Fund\". The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations\n\nand shall consist of all monies received by the Department for\n\nimplementation of the Product Development Act from all funds\n\nappropriated thereto by the Oklahoma State Legislature, all fees\n\nreceived pursuant to this act, any federal funds, gifts, private and\n\nmatching funds and all contributions dedicated thereto from any\n\nsource. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Department for\n\nthe purposes of this act. Any amount in said fund not directly\n\nneeded to implement the provisions of this act shall go to the\n\nGeneral Revenue Fund of the state.
