Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5073","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this act:\n\n1. \"Director\" means the Director of the Oklahoma Department of\n\nCommerce;\n\n2. \"Incubator\" means a facility in which small units of space\n\nmay be leased by a tenant and in which management maintains or\n\nprovides access to business development services for use by tenants;\n\n3. \"Sponsor\" means an organization, with a registered office or\n\nother office or offices in this state, which enters into a written\n\nagreement with the Oklahoma Department of Commerce to establish,\n\noperate, and administer a small business incubator facility or to\n\nprovide funding to an organization which operates such a facility,\n\nincluding municipalities, universities, industrial and commercial\n\ndevelopment authorities, redevelopment authorities, municipal\n\nauthorities, or any private nonprofit or for-profit organization\n\napproved by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce; and\n\n4. \"Tenant\" means a sole proprietorship, business partnership,\n\nor corporation operating a business for profit and leasing or\n\notherwise occupying space in an incubator.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"abe242476fc3a4022fd9eb6f55c7efd86301442235cde220f66be91a65c52922","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-5072","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-5074"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
