Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5074","heading":"Director - Powers and duties","body":"The Director of the Oklahoma Department of Commerce shall have\n\nthe power and authority to carry out the following functions:\n\n1. Solicit support and participation of public and private\n\nagencies, universities and other institutions for the purposes of\n\nestablishing and operating incubators;\n\n2. Assemble, publish and disseminate information to potential\n\nsponsors and tenants in this state regarding small business\n\nopportunities, techniques for forming incubators, sources of public\n\nand private assistance and sources of related financing;\n\n3. Organize, host and participate in seminars and other forums\n\ndesigned to disseminate information and technical assistance\n\nregarding incubators to small businesses in this state; 4. Review\n\nand approve applications from potential sponsors which seek to\n\nqualify for exemption from state income tax pursuant to Sections 5\n\nand 6 of this act; and\n\n5.
