Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5077","heading":"Responsibilities and duties of sponsor - Not-for-profit","body":"enterprises as tenants.\n\nA. A sponsor shall have the following responsibilities and\n\nduties in establishing and operating an incubator:\n\n1. Securing title to the facility or a lease with a sufficient\n\nlength of term or other security, deemed sufficient by the Director\n\nof the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, to assure that the purposes\n\nof this act are carried out;\n\n2. Managing the physical development of the incubator facility,\n\nincluding the provision of common conference or meeting space;\n\n3. Furnishing and equipping the facility to provide business\n\nservices to the tenants;\n\n4. Marketing the facility and securing eligible tenants;\n\n5. Providing financial consulting, marketing, and management\n\nassistance services or arranging for the provision of these services\n\nfor tenants of the incubator, including assistance in accessing\n\nprivate financial markets;\n\n6. Setting rental and service fees; and\n\n7. Encouraging the sharing of ideas between tenants and\n\notherwise aid the incubator and setting policy for the termination\n\nof occupancy of tenants so as to maximize the opportunity to succeed\n\nfor the greatest number of tenants, consistent with the other\n\ncriteria specified in this act.\n\nB.
