Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5079","heading":"Annual report to Legislature","body":"On or before December 31 of each year, the Director of the\n\nOklahoma Department of Commerce shall provide a report to both the\n\nSpeaker of the House of Representatives and the President Pro\n\nTempore of the Senate which shall include, but not be limited to:\n\n1. The number of applications for incubators submitted;\n\n2. The number of applications for incubators approved;\n\n3. The number of incubators created under this act;\n\n4. The number of tenants occupying each incubator;\n\n5. The number of jobs provided by each incubator and tenants of\n\neach incubator; and\n\n6.
