Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5085.12","heading":"Construction of act","body":"Nothing contained herein is or shall be construed as a\n\nrestriction or limitation upon any powers which the Oklahoma Science\n\nand Technology Research and Development Board might otherwise have\n\nunder any other law of this state heretofore or hereafter enacted\n\nand the provisions of the Oklahoma Capital Formation Act are\n\ncumulative to such powers.
