Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5085.4","heading":"Business plan - Submission to Oklahoma Futures -","body":"Distribution of plan.\n\nIn order to fulfill its mission as mobilizer of equity and near-\n\nequity capital, the Oklahoma Capital Investment Board shall be\n\nsubject to the policy development of Oklahoma Futures. The Oklahoma\n\nCapital Investment Board shall develop an annual business plan for\n\nthe Board. The business plan shall be submitted to Oklahoma Futures\n\nfor its approval and shall be included in the annual report of\n\nOklahoma Futures. Oklahoma Futures shall review the business plan\n\nand the annual report of the Board to ensure its consistency with\n\nthe goals of the state's recurring five-year economic development\n\nplan.
