The Board shall publish a separate annual report in\n\nconjunction with its annual audit and present the report to the\n\nGovernor, the Legislature and Oklahoma Futures. The annual report\n\nshall review the mission of the Board and programs implemented\n\naccording to objective measures set forth in the Board's business\n\nplan. The Board shall distribute this annual report by such means\n\nthat will make it available to the financial community.\n\nB. Seven (7) years after the Board has begun operations,\n\nOklahoma Futures shall review, analyze and evaluate the extent to\n\nwhich the Board has achieved its statutory mission.
