Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5090.3","heading":"Powers and duties","body":"In addition to the other powers and duties prescribed by law,\n\nthe Oklahoma Department of Commerce Board, as created in Section 4\n\nof this act, shall:\n\n1. Prescribe rules and policies for the transaction of its\n\nbusiness and the control of the Oklahoma Department of Commerce;\n\n2. Review and approve the strategic plan and the budget, and\n\namend such to make supplemental appropriations;\n\n3. Advise in the appointment and compensation of the Chief\n\nExecutive Officer;\n\n4. Review and endorse any proposed economic projects with the\n\nLegislative Evaluation and Development Committee; and\n\n5.
