This state shall establish a program to provide financial\n\nassistance for funeral expenses of members of the state military\n\nforces who died in the line of duty while serving on state active\n\nduty orders. For purposes of this section, the terms “state\n\nmilitary forces” and “state active duty” shall have the same\n\ndefinition as provided in Section 801 of Title 44 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes. The program shall provide reimbursement of the funeral\n\nexpenses for any eligible member of the state military forces as\n\ndetermined in accordance with this section by the Office of Homeland\n\nSecurity. The reimbursement shall not exceed Ten Thousand Dollars\n\n($10,000.00).\n\nB. The Office shall determine whether the deceased member meets\n\neligibility criteria for the program, make final approval of all\n\nreimbursement applications and disburse funds.
