Stat. tit. 74, § 74-5154","heading":"Partnership Committee - Office of Public-Private","body":"Partnerhship - Scope of authority.\n\nA. The Partnership Committee shall have the ability to identify\n\npotential public-private partnerships, to review and endorse a short\n\nlist of qualified bidders, to approve requests for proposals and to\n\napprove template contracts before they are sent to bidders. The\n\nPartnership Committee shall operate with the assistance of the\n\nOffice of Public-Private Partnerships. In order to protect the\n\nSeparation of Power set out in Article IV of the Oklahoma\n\nConstitution, the Partnership Committee shall not have the power to\n\nenter into any contract, nor shall it have the power to block any\n\ncontract negotiated by the Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services (OMES) and the authorized representative of any\n\nresponsible state agency.\n\nB. There shall be established within OMES an Office of Public-\n\nPrivate Partnerships, which shall have the authority to charge fees\n\nfor services it shall render as part of the procedures to establish\n\npartnerships in accordance with this act and to receive money to\n\ncover its operating expenses and to accomplish the purposes of this\n\nact.\n\nC. The Director of OMES and the authorized representative of a\n\nresponsible state agency shall jointly take any action and execute\n\nany public-private partnership contract, authorized under this act,\n\nfor the provision of a public service in order to more efficiently\n\nand effectively provide public services, including by generating\n\nadditional resources in support of those public services and related\n\nprojects.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"f474ee2c34a5db00e1daf2a67d210ec9e2dc2c28b0a7be567abe697bc1b50478","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-5153","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-5155"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
