Any state officer or employee who exercises discretionary or\n\ndecision-making authority in awarding a privatization contract shall\n\nbe prohibited for a period of one (1) year from the date that the\n\nprivatization contract is awarded from becoming an officer or\n\nemployee of a business organization which is a party to any\n\nprivatization contract with the state agency in which the state\n\nofficer or employee exercised such discretionary or decision-making\n\nauthority.\n\nB.
