Stat. tit. 74, § 74-591","heading":"Filing with Secretary of State","body":"Notwithstanding any other provision or provisions of law to the\n\ncontrary, all bonds required or authorized by law to be executed by\n\nstate officers, and their assistants, deputies and employees,\n\nconditioned for the faithful performance of duty, or containing such\n\nother conditions as may be prescribed by law, shall be filed in the\n\noffice of the Secretary of State after the same have been approved\n\nby the proper officer, agency, board or commission as now provided\n\nby law.
